Refund & Credit Policy

At Birthers of Civilization, we invest significant time and resources into preparing services, trainings, consultations, and digital products. As a result, all sales are generally final.
Non-Refundable Services & Products
The following are non-refundable:
Doula services
Consultations
Training program tuition and deposits
Workshops and events
Digital products, templates, workbooks, and downloadable resources
PrenatalUp™ products and services
Wedding officiant services
Any customized or personalized service
Credits
In certain circumstances, Birthers of Civilization may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit for the value of a purchased service or program. Credits must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance and have no cash value.
Breastmilk's Best Friend Products
Unopened Breastmilk's Best Friend lactation cookies may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund if received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to food safety and health regulations, opened food products, partially consumed products, or products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Event & Training Cancellations
If Birthers of Civilization cancels a training, workshop, event, or service, participants may be offered a full refund, transfer, or credit toward a future program.
